  MasterChef Australia MasterChef Australia is an Australian competitive cooking game show based on the original British MasterChef . MasterChef Australia airs five nights a week from Sunday to Thursday. Each night features a different episode format, however some episodes modify the format slightly. The typical episode formats are as follows: Sunday is the Challenge night. Monday episodes feature the Pressure Test .
